Quick question, So I purcahsed 5 TrueCraft tickets for Thurs, Fri, and Sat. From the sounds of it - you get 9 tokens and "spending" all 9 tokens takes around 1-2 hours.... (1.5 hours on avg) Is it safe to assume that if I have a 3 hour break and a 1 hour break on Thursday at best it sounds like I'll be able to use only 2 TrueCraft tickets that day - dose this sound about right?

Anybody else in this situation? IE bought it early until finding out more.

Wait, so you have 5 tickets for each day? I cannot answer your question, but I seemed to have the impression that a single session would get you all you could get/use for that same day - so I cannot imagine why you'd go more than once each day?

Hopefully as your question gets answered, I can be straightened out on this thing, too.

P.S. And if you do find you've got too many to be useful, I'm hoping I can snag one of the Friday tickets if/when you release them...

It does sound like it might be helpful to have more than one ticket per day, if you want to be assured of getting the bonuses, because it sounds like you have to successfully complete some task/quest/challenge to get the bonus, and the more opportunities you have, the more chance you have of succeeding.

That said - the 6 members of my group that are doing it Thur/Fri/Sat are all doing one ticket each. I did get one extra ticket per day, but that is just to have the Truecraft Tokens for my collection (given the very vague hint that they may be different on each day - in some way marked or something so that you can only use them on that day).
Always interested in 2003/2004 tokens, Artisan Tokens, Ultra-Rare Tokens, and other Rarities.  Please PM me if you have those items available.

I'm not sure if difference was in reference to the tokens or the tickets to get said tokens. Hope Jeff clarifies.

Also, I got 2 tickets each day to split between 3 people...since it mentions each ticket getting multiple of each token. I hope I didn't screw us from getting to do everything.
this is not a signature.

Not sure that is going to let you do it more then twice Kurt. By the way, sorry I couldn't finish our game of Commander at the TEP.

Personally, I can't wait until the actual details come out. I don't know about you guys but the suspense is killing me.

You know, I'll be honest, since the event offers bonus for that day only, MY main concern is that there's going to be a ridiculous line/wait when it opens each day, because people want to do it before their run that day.

That would be terrible. As much as we're looking forward to this, if it's a 2 hour wait, there are too many other things at GENCON to do instead of waiting in line.

I hope they have the opportunity for groups to do it together instead of everyone doing it individually. All 6 of the people in my group doing it will be going down together, and we'd really enjoy being able to spend time together doing the Truecrafting as a group (even if we one by one have to do the skill tests), and I'd think that would help move people through Truecrafting faster as well.

That would be great Mike, but I really don't know; I really haven't seen any information about how this will work logistically, or even really what it will entail; I might have missed it, but I've tried to figure out what's going on with it, with little success.

Alas, I have a feeling there isn't going to be further information or clarification on TrueCraft in the next day or two. It would be nice - as that info would allow people to re-adjust their schedules before pre-reg closes Saturday night.
