Now that I am on a computer instead of my phone, here's the breakdown as I see it:
You want an interchangeable loadout for cleric/fighter/paladin.
Your "locked in" slots are:
Helm: Templar Helm
Shield: Templar Shield
Armor: Templar Armor
Rings: Riches and Elemental Command (you really should use Water this year)
This leaves a lot of leeway for the rest of the build. You generally will have 2 options for each remaining slot: economical or high end. I'll go through slot by slot.
Cloak: Yeti (does nothing for you if you wear RoWEC)
Economical replacements: Cloak of Resistance +1 (+1 to all saves), Cloak of Resistance +2(+2 to all saves), Cloak of the Phalanx(+1 to all saves, immune to fear), Shade Cloak (+1 AC, +1 Saves, Speak with Dead at will)
High End replacements: Dougal's Cloak of the Stars (+3 Saves), Dragonhide Cloak (+4 to saves vs. Dragon Breath)
Bang for your buck, I suggest Cloak of Resistance +2 or Shade Cloak or Cloak of the Phalanx. I would only find a Dragonhide Cloak if you were trying to get the 3 piece set together.
Shirt: Silkweave (-1 damage from missiles)
Economical replacements: Silverweave Shirt (-1 damage from melee attacks)
High End replacements: Dragonhide Shirt (-4 damage from dragon melee attacks)
Bang for your buck, use Silverweave, again unless you get a Dragonhide set together.
Bracers: Fire (+2 fire damage to melee weapons)
Economical replacements: +1 Bracers of Defense (+1 AC)
High End replacements: +2, +3 or +4 Mithral Bracers, +2 Celestial Bracers, +2 Bracers of Defense
Bang for the buck, stick with the Bracers of Fire. Damage is almost always more important than AC.
Belt: Girdle of Dwarven Health (+2 max HPs)
Economical replacements: Belt of Retrieval (drink 1 potion/room as a free action), Belt of Ogre Power (+2 Str)
High End replacements: +3, +5 +7 (strength)Girdles of Giant Strength, Girdle of Might(+2 Str, +1 Saves), Dragonhide Belt (+4 ATT/DAM vs Dragons)
Bang for the buck, get a Girdle of Might. + to hit, damage, saves, and part of the Might Set. Economical choice: Ogre Power
Gauntlets: Ogre Power (+2 STR)
Economical replacements: NONE - your gloves are the best economical choice
High End replacements: Mithral Gauntlets (+4 STR)
Bang for the buck, stick with the Gauntlets of Ogre Power. The Mithral Gauntlets sold out, and are overpriced on the secondary market for just the STR bonus, and you probably will not be getting a Mithral Set to use.
Boots: Snow Walking (move unhindered through snow)
Economical replacements: Boots of Free Action (immune to Slow, Hold and Webs), Boots of Sure Footing (+2 to Reflex Saves)
High End replacements: Boots of Might (+2 Con), Mithral Boots (+3 Dex), Dirtdazzy's Boots of Skipping (-3 Melee Damage to you)
Bang for the buck: Boots of Free Action are best unless you can get 3 Might pieces, then I would opt for Boots of Might. All I listed are pretty good for a front line character though.
Ioun Stones: Mithral Pyramid (+2 saves vs. Undead Touch attacks), Beryl Prism (+1 to Saves), Topaz Sphere (-10 Darkrift Damage) - 2 OPEN SLOTS
Economical replacements: Black Pearl (magical to hit bonuses don't work on wearer), Iridescent Spindle (Sustains w/o Air), Faceted Amber (-2 to Spell, Ranged damage to wearer)
High End replacements: Lavender Ellipsoid (immune to Undead Touch Attacks), Topaz Trilliant (-10 Darkrift Damage, +2 to Saves), Violet Prism (3 charges - absorbs 1 spell up to 3rd level that targets wearer)
Bang for the Buck: Topaz Trilliant (2 abilities, saves are always useful), Iridescent Spindle (I've never been unhappy about wearing it), Faceted Amber. Lavender Ellipsoid would be particularly good this year, but long term it is limited. Violet Prism is just to pricey to justify a consumable.
Amulet: Amulet of Armor (+1 to AC)
Economical replacements: Amulet of Warding (+10 to Death Magic Fort Saves), Amulet of Thorns (4 "retribution" damage when struck w/ melee), Torc of Natural Armor (+2 AC), Necklace of the Oak (+2 STR), Oakskin Medallion (+3 AC, -1 to saves)
High End replacements: Horn of Plenty (draw 2 additional treasure for each stamp), Amulet of Wonder (different effect each year), Hand of Glory (+1 ring slot), Medallion of Greyhawk (Immune to Poison, Undead Touch Attacks, Petrification, +2 Max HP), Dragontooth Amulet (50% resistance to combat magic)
Bang for the Buck: Medallion of Greyhawk is 4 abilities in 1 slot. AoW and HoP are the kings of the slot, but really pricey. Dragontooth Amulets are still cheap enough to pick up and useful too. The best economical choice would be Torc of Natural Armor, but they are still pricey.
Weapon: I would pick up a few different +1 weapons, and find a +2 older weapon on the cheap later if I were you. Look for:
+1 Bastard Sword (for the Fighter loadout)
+1 Dwarven Battle Axe (for Paladin/Fighter vs Giants)
+1 Dwarven Mace (for all 3 vs Giants, fills the need, with slightly less damage than the Battle Axe)
+1 Orcish Flail (slightly better damage than the +1 Heavy Mace if I remember right)
Finally, if you decide to get a Might Set together, I would suggest:
Girdle, Boots, and Scepter. I would still get a few of the weapons I mentioned too, so you have a base to start building your next loadout.
