The first print run of Treasure Tokens has SOLD OUT and all Golden Tickets are in circulation. A second run of Treasure Tokens is now being sold, and another special promotion will be announced very soon! Keep buying tokens, as you are automatically entered into this second promotion.

I wanted to get this announcement out ASAP -- so everyone knows. I hope to announce details of the second run promotion tomorrow. We did something like this back in 2008 when we did a Silver Ticket giveaway with the second run.

If you have any suggestions, now is the time to let us know.

THANKS so much everyone for the incredible support you have given the event through your purchase of tokens early in the year. Sales this year have been amazing.

Mike Steele ( User ) NOW ONLINE Hero Member +2 Posts: 8137	It depends on how big the 2nd print run is, but I wouldn't mind if you just did another Golden Ticket run or two, as long as the odds of getting a Golden Ticket Token remained the same as before. I'd be interested in hearing any different opinions, but I'm not sure I see how any current Golden Ticket holders would be harmed by an additional Golden Ticket run or two being added.

Even if it is just a different symbol, or different background color, or a few modified tokens

While I am not at all opposed to the inclusion of Silver Tickets in the second run, it might be cool to go with other forms of incentive.

Here are some thoughts:

Include Truecraft tokens either in the packs or include a Truecraft pack with every 10 packs purchased. We know very little about what Truecraft will involve at this point, so this might not work. But, it could be a good way to drum up enthusiasm for it.
Include a Changeling Skin Monster Trophy (Ingredient) with every X purchases. This could be a "wildcard" that could be used in place of any one other Monster Trophy (Ingredient) for either transmuted items or a Golden Fleece.
Include an Ioun Stone Charged Graphite with every X purchases. This could function exactly like a Feedback Loop at the Ioun Stone slot.
Include a Treasure Map with every X purchases, or seed them in the packs (if possible). I know I really enjoyed the Treasure Map boxes last year and I don't think anyone would mind them coming back this year.

I'll post more ideas as they come to me.

The only caveat I could see with this is that Incognito is the only DM for True Grind this year. So, the scheduling would be tricky, or someone else would need to DM.
