One of the problems with t-shirts, though, is having the right mix of classes and sizes, without getting stuck with too much to lug back after the convention.
We have what - 12 classes right now? And True Dungeon fans range in size from XS to XXXXL? That's a lot of stuff to get printed and hope to be able to sell.
Perhaps something can be done at one time to do a print-on-demand for t-shirts thru one of the online sites. But bringing them all to Gen Con? I think a simpler idea for t-shirts would be better.
I agree. Figuring out what you need in regards to sizes is a very risky proposition. One that I don't know that TD should take on right now.
Also, I realize that last year's video wasn't the same as previous years. However, I really think that Jeff tries to connect with his customer base and to thank them for their support and to make them aware of where their dollars are going. Every year we have seen significant improvements in the quality of sets, props, etc. I see no problem with Jeff taking an opportunity to thank the people who made that possible.
