Rafiq, I'm fairly new to collecting so my collection has huge gaping holes in it. If you're looking to cash in primarily pre-2011 tokens with some newer ones thrown in I'd be happy to trade with you at GenCon at the regular exchange rate. Just let me know what you're looking for and, if I have or can get it, I'll set it aside for you. Even if all your stuff is newer I'll still help as much as I can.

Check out the transmuted token redemption page. At the bottom Jeff stated that he would be allowing some sort of trade in at Gencon but wanted to see what went wrong with the parties before he announced exactly what it would look like. So, you should be able to trade in all of your stuff at Gencon or at least turn it in and maybe get stuff shipped to you.

I thought the last guidance from Jeff was that you could trade for transmuted tokens at GENCON, but not Trade Item Tokens. So, if you don't have the necessary trade item tokens, you can't trade for the transmuted tokens at GENCON that need them.
Always interested in 2003/2004 tokens, Artisan Tokens, Ultra-Rare Tokens, and other Rarities.  Please PM me if you have those items available.

To all those who offered to trade with me I thank you very much. I am not sure what exactly I will be bringing or what trade tokens I'll be needing until August. All my tokens are in Canada while I'm in Japan so it is kind of hard for me to know exactly what I will be trading in.

I believe Jeff announced that the transmuted tokens can be traded for at the con, but you need to have the exact ingredients to get them. I'm not sure if anything will change from now until the con, but for now that is how it is.

I think it would be cool if we could trade any token on Tuesday or weds of GenCon, maybe even if it was off site like the token parties. That way we could get our last trades in before going into the event.

Either way, I and 3 others are going to the party on the 19th, looking forward to it.

I will change that old text on the Token Exchange page. Sorry for the confusion. What Rafiq says is correct.

BTW, it appears cheaper (according to one Canadian trader) to send your tokens to us -- rather than paying the airline fees as baggage. So, it appears to be cheaper to send in Trade tokens now from Canada, rather than bring them on the plane to Indy. Apparently, the airline baggage fees are higher than the shipping costs.

This probably does not help Rafiq in his case since he won't be home much before Gen Con.

True about the airline bag fees. They are a pain. Do you have a deadline in mind for the last chance to trade in tokens before the con?

i'll have some trade-item tokens to trade for to help out some folks at the con. it won't be a huge amount, but i should be able to accomodate a few folks.

on another note, i will be bringing the older Tokenholics Anonymous t-shirts to the token trade-in parties. i'm hoping to get the new ones made be fore the first party.

The deadline for us to RECEIVE any shipment is August 1st. If we get any Trade or Transmuted token orders AFTER August 1st, we won't fulfill them until AFTER the Con.
