So do we have a rollcall of who is attending which of the Token Exchange Parties (May 19th or June 23rd)?

I'm tempted to attend one of them (though which one depends on my availability and on which one sounds like it will have the coolest people!).

Considering the gas prices nowadays, maybe forumites can even set up some carpools (especially for those planning to drive in for the day).

Also, any guesses how long it will take to get things processed? If we have other plans for later in the day, it would be helpful to know around how much time we should earmark for "waiting in line". Thanks!

I'm happy for the many of you who will get to enjoy the token party. It will save you a lot of money in shipping and you will not have to worry about getting all your tokens in order before Gencon. I would like to point out that some of us you don't live in the area, country or same continent will be out of luck when it comes to trading in our tokens. Looking at the shipping prices from out of country I plan on spending enough to buy a PYOP set and I don't even have that much to trade in compared with other large token buyers.

Jeff, is it possible that you would consider letting some of those who live outside the US to be able to turn in our tokens at Gencon for the ingredients? I don't mind doing the TEP form and letting you know what I would be bringing if it saved me shipping everything ... twice.

IF this is not possible are there players who would be willing to trade trade items for the raw units it takes to make them at Gencon?
