I am hoping the Indy location is more centrally located than Carbondale -- although it won't be as cool! A lot of TD volunteers live around Indy, so it will also be a good time to see them, too. This should be a great time!

I am having a very serious debate with myself on attending or not now. Event reg for GC opens on the 20th and I am the one my party relies upon to secure TD tickets for our group. Because of this I think that the Exchange Party is a no go for me.

I do not want to rush back home the day of the token exchange and leaving the next day is completely out as it could get in the way of procuring tickets.

All-in-all I am going to come right out and tell you Jeff, you picked a ROTTEN day for the token exchange.

I agree that May 19th is not a great day to have the event, but it was the best of all the choices. The weekend before our Token Exchange Party has Mother's Day. The weekend after the 19th is Memorial Day weekend, and the next weekend after that has Origins. The weekend after that is our anniverary, and the weekend after that has Father's Day.

Perhaps we can have another Token Day on Saturday, June 23rd in Indy.

Would those saying they would be unable to attend on May 19th be willing and able to attend a Token Exchange Party in Indy on June 23rd? That would be the next weekend I would have available.

I just could not risk missing out on getting my group the TD tix they want. I would rather miss a token exchange than do that to them. I wonder if June 23rd would work out for the people that were planing on May 19th also. Just a thought so that you would not have to make two trips to Indy.
