Is there any kind of a fee for printing the TEP form form the website (shipping maybe)?

I ask because I'm looking at my cart with the TEP form in it and it reads

List of trade tokens
Price: $0.00
Subtotal $0.00
Total $5.00

That is supposed to be for the shipping back to you. It was a flat fee instituted last year I believe.

If you are just printing the sheets to bring the tokens to a Token Exchange Party then there are copies out on the forums that do not cost anything to print that you can fill out by hand.

Hmm, I remember Jeff saying something about the need to have the shipping fee default in to the equation to make the programming work. I am not sure how, then, things may or may not force billing, but just to print the form to use, no there is no fee, nor is there a fee if tokens are brought to an exchange event rather than mailed. There is only a fee if the transaction is via mail.
