to download your mandatory TEP form for the Token Exchange Parties on May 19th and June 23rd. These forms MUST be used -- as well as the bad labels that need to be put into ziplock bags.

You will probably have to print out some pages more than once to get all the labels you need for your ziplock bags.

To have ANY chance for getting all the tokens processed by the end of the day, we must ask everyone to cooperate by filling out all the forms and by using the labels for your ziplock bags.

People might be curious about how many of each type of legendary and relic token are being made. The supreme ring of elemental command too.

Jeff, I still have the same problem I had before, and I'm not sure how you want it addressed. I don't have all the trade item tokens I need for my Transmuted Tokens, so I am going to have to do this in "waves", first trading for my trade item tokens, and then trading for my transmuted tokens.

Do you want me to fill out two forms? One for my trade item tokens, and then a second one for the transmuted tokens?

Please do all your "turn ins" like you were doing it online. First turn in for all the Trade and Reserve tokens you need in one wave, and then submit another wave of Transmuted tokens. You may have a few waves of Transmuted tokens as you upgrade them.

IF you already have your tokens labelled properly, then you don't have to use our printed labels...so long as your labels are printed and legible.

NOTE: We will have all the forms available for your use at the TEP.

Jeff, by "printed and legible" are you referring to handwritten labels? As I have been working through my preparation I have used masking tape to label the outside of the bags and printed the name of the intended item on the label in either pen or marker. Would this be acceptable? I can provide an image if that would help.

While prepping my tokens for the TD appearance at Whosyercon 2013, I discovered the TEP form that your first post in this thread is linked to has a few errors.

1. On page 1, the submitters data is already completed with Order Date, Order Number, Collector, and Address Lines. These cannot be overwritten or deleted.
2. On page 1, the Quantity line is already completed with 1 for each item. These cannot be overwritten or deleted.
3. On page 4, the Charm of Heroism indicates that only ONE of the might/heroism items is required to create this item. While I would love for that to be the case, everything else that I have read indicates that three items are needed.
